General Notes: Husband - John Moody


He came to Beaver County, Pennsylvania, and settled at Hookstown, in 1819, on land which later became a part of that village.

His chief occupation was farming, in which he was very successful. He was the owner of one hundred and sixty acres of land in Greene township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania. He gave his political allegiance to the Whig party.
