General Notes: Husband - David McKinley

He came to the United States with his parents in his youth, and here worked at the hatter's trade, his first place of business being Meadville, Pennsylvania. He later moved to Monroe County, Michigan, subsequently following his trade in Buffalo, New York. Completing the circle of his wanderings he returned to Meadville, then came to Erie County, Pennsylvania, for a time renting the Alexander McKinley farm and finally becoming owner of ninety-five acres of land. In this vicinity he lived until his death.
