General Notes: Husband - John Weaver


He was born in Chester County, Pennsylvania, and came with his parents to Chartiers township, Washington County, when seven years of age. He grew to manhood there, and learned the trade of a stone mason. He and his wife made a permanent home near Canonsburg, and were members of the Chartiers Presbyterian Church.

He came from Chester County, Pennsylvania, to Canonsburg, Washington County, in 1800, and in 1801 married Mary McMillan. [TCHWWC, 1235]
