He graduated from Lafayette College and became engaged in educational work. He was principal of the West Philadelphia High School for Girls. During the first World War he was an active member of the School Mobilization Committee. Mrs. Schoch was chairman of the Child Welfare Committee for Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
