General Notes: Husband - Jonathan Walker

He came to Butler County, PA, in 1823, having purchased, with his brothers, William and Thomas, a tract of over one thousand acres of land near the village of Saxonburg. He and Thomas settled on this tract, and made sheep-raising their business. William, on account of an accident in which he had his breast-bone broken, was incapacitated for physical labor, and turned his attention to other duties. [HBC 1883, 248x]
