Wayne Shriver.
Wayne Shriver, 32, former local resident, died at the Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh at 2:20 p. m. Wednesday after an illness of one year.
He was born in Oil City on April 9, 1909 and had lived here until the family moved to Warren three years ago.
He married Emma Myers, of Warren, at Franklin on May 5, 1930. He leaves his wife, three children, Joan, Donald, and Robert; his mother and father; two sisters, Mrs. C. M. Carlin, Oil City, and Mrs. T. W. Gabler, Youngtown, O.
The body was brought to Oil City to the home of Mrs. Carlin, 71 Pearl Avenue, where it will remain until 10 a. m. Friday. At that time it will be taken to the Peterson Funeral Home in Warren, where services will be conducted at 3 p. m. Saturday. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
