Mrs. Fannie Ziegler, widow of the late Jacob Ziegler, died at her home at Mt. Zion, near East Sandy at 11 o'clock Thursday evening at the age of 77 years. The deceased had been an invalid for several years and dropsy was the immediate cause of her demise. She was a devout and consistent member of the Methodist faith, attending Mt. Zion church, and a lady highly respected among a large circle of friends. She is survived by five daughters and one son as follows: J. H.; Mary; Velda; Mrs. M. P. Ross; Mrs. D. D. Laughner and Mrs. F. R. Rote. The funeral services will be held at the Mt. Zion Church on Sunday morning at 10:30 o'clock.

Friends from all the surrounding neighborhood were present at the funeral service of Mrs. Jacob Ziegler of Mt. Zion whose death occurred Friday morning. The services were held at the family residence, Mt. Zion at 10 o'clock Sunday morning. Rev. Sutton of Rockland officiating. The following friends of the deceased acted as pall bearers: J. K. Haggerty; P. C. Burns; B. M. Rote; Aaron Koch; Thomas Burford and William Black.
