General Notes: Husband - James Moffit, Sr.

---

He was an Irishman, a good farmer, and a highly respected man. He owned a farm in West Pike Run, Washington County, Pennsylvania, but followed the trade of a weaver and let his sons attend to the farm. The property was later owned by his grandson, John T. Moffit.
