She was educated in Warren public schools and a graduate of the Philadelphia School of Phy­sical Training. beginning in 1905 she was an in­structor in physical training in Warren high school. She was a member of General Joseph Warren Chapter, No. 95, Daughters of the American Revolution (national No. 83363) and of the First Methodist Episcopal Church of Warren.
