General Notes: Husband - John Musselman


He was born and lived on the home farm until his marriage, when he removed to a farm at that time belonging to his father, in Liberty Township, Adams County, Pennsylvania.
He was a major in the State militia; was a county commissioner; a member of the Legislature, to which he was elected in 1856; and one of the principal promoters of the Lutheran Church in Fairfield, which he aided largely in building.
