General Notes: Husband - Rev. James Harvey Marshall


He received his preparatory education at Glade Run Academy and graduated from Washington and Jefferson College, and from the Western Theological Seminary at Allegheny City, Pennsylvania. He had charge of Glade Run Academy for three years. He married in 1865 and shortly afterwards he became pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Hooker, Butler County, Pennsylvania.
