General Notes: Husband - David Pardee

David Pardee, of Southington, Connecticut, served as sergeant under Captain Asa Bray, Colonel Hooker's regiment, of Southington, April 3, 1777, to May 15, 1779. (See Connecticut Men in the Revolution, 1889.) Timlow's Southington, says (p. 520), French and Indian War Notes: "David Pardee was with Putnam when waylaid by French and Indians on their way from Fort Ann to Fort Edward. He held the rank of corporal." P. 210, 1760, in Connecticut Historical Society, vol. 10, "David Pardee, 3rd Reg., 1st Co., Col. Wooster, April 1, November 23." He served in both wars.
