General Notes: Husband - George Patton

He was a native of Ireland, who came to America as a soldier in the British army, but soon took part with the Colonies, and participated in the battle of Trenton, also was at Fort Duquesne. He served through the war, and at its close settled in the eastern part of Pennsylvania. He later removed to Armstrong County, where his death occurred.
