General Notes: Husband - Hugh B. Patton

He secured his education in the schools of Hickory township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, and then turned his attention to farming, which vocation he followed all of this life in Hickory township, being considered, like his father, a very prosperous and able man. He was a stanch Republican in his politics, and efficiently filled the offices of supervisor and school director.
He and his wife were members of the United Presbyterian Church.
