General Notes: Husband - John Pollock


Of Irish descent, he was an early settler of Allegheny Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania, and a prominent man. He was three years Sheriff of the county, and was Major of militia. He owned the land which later was the Sloan, McKee, Chambers and Morgan farms.
He served as sheriff of Butler County, from 1836-1839.
