General Notes: Husband - Adam Potter

Fisher, Millcreek Twp, Clarion Co, PA

He was born in Centre County, Pennsylvania, and settled in Clarion County in 1822. He engaged in lumbering and farming, living on his own farm of 134 acres beginning in 1849. He held the office of constable for eighteen years, and at various times held most all of township offices. He enlisted in 1861 in Company F, Sixty-third Pennsylvania Volunteers, was wounded at the battle of Gettysburg, taken prisoner at Fair Oaks, and served his full time. He received a pension.
