General Notes: Husband - William Woodward

His farm was a part of the original one thousand ancestral acres, and was situated between the Strasburg and Valley roads. It contained about eighty acres. He made no will. The homestead was later possessed by his son Eli; and eventually a portion, at least, was owned by his grandson, Maris Woodward.

He (Captain Isaac C. Woodward's paternal grandfather) was born at Chad's Ford, where he lived and died.
