General Notes: Husband - James Ramsey


He was a captain in the War of 1812. He emigrated [from Washington County, PA?] to the vicinity of Steubenville, Ohio, at an early date; had one son and four daughters; twin daughters married brothers by the name of Maxwell; Thomas Maxwell, of Wintersville, and James Maxwell, of Steubenville, Ohio, were grandsons.
