General Notes: Husband - John Swick

He was born in New Jersey. During the Revolutionary War he took up the cause of the American patriots, and served his country with distinction in the capacity of drum major. About 1790 he came to Franklin township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, where he took up land, cleared and improved it, and there his death occurred.
