General Notes: Husband - Joseph Scherg


Sometime during the eighteenth century, the exact date being unknown, three brothers came from Switzerland to America and settled in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The oldest brother Joseph, a widower, brought with him from the old country his family, among whom were five sons.
