General Notes: Husband - William Ward


He came to Wayne Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, as early as 1796, at that time it was a part of Beaver County. He had 100 acres of land there and erected a log cabin which still stood over one hundred years later, being located in what was known as the Newton and Houk Hollow.
