General Notes: Husband - Robert Stewart

He was born in Donegal, Ireland, and came in 1825 to America. He was married at Crum Creek, on the Delaware river, and they had nine children. Only three of this family were still living in 1898. In 1831 Mr. Stewart moved to Stormstown, Centre County, Pennsylvania, and soon after located for a short time at Philipsburg, but finally settled in Cambria County, near the Clearfield County line. He made his home in that vicinity until advancing years caused him and his wife to accept an invitation to spend their remaining days with their daughter.
He died when one hundred and five years and seven months old.
