General Notes: Husband - Thomas Stockton

He was a native of Virginia, and at an early age came to Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania. He was for many years a member and elder in the Presbyterian Church, He died, aged eighty-six years, of whooping-cough, at the house of his son-in-law, William Waddell, in Mercersburg, Pennsylvania.

He had lived near Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, with his son Robert, and was an elder in the Presbyterian Church.
