He was a soldier of the Revolution.

This David Weaver is connected to two families in the Weaver family history. The dates given for these families lead to a lot of confusion.
The Weaver family tree source gives the exact same date of birth for him and his wife: Sept 9, 1762. It would be very odd for spouses to have the same birthday, but not impossible. But the same source states their son Phillip was born in 1776, which would make them both fourteen years old when they became parents.
