General Notes: Husband - Peter Blatt

He lived in Snyder County, Pennsylvania, for a number of years, and then removed to Mercer County. Like many of the early settlers, he worked at a trade, besides doing farm work, being a wagon-maker.
He came to Mercer County, Pennsylvania, in 1837, and located on a part of the Jacob Grove farm, in what is now New Lebanon Borough. In 1842 they moved to a farm in French Creek Township, where they resided until death. He was an elder in the Lutheran Church.
