General Notes: Husband - Frank Welsh Bell


He married and located in Perrysville, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, where he erected a tannery and carried on business for a number of years. He also owned considerable real estate there. On selling his tannery in Perrysville he went to Brookville, where he built another tannery, which he operated some years. He then carried on the business for a few years in Clarion County, Pennsylvania, and afterward removed to Doniphan, Missouri, where he purchased farm land and a flouring-mill.
