Robert W. Bell
Robert W. Bell, 74, of 707 12th St., Franklin, died at 2 pm Saturday in the Franklin hospi­tal.
Born October 6, 1918, in Franklin, he was a son of the late John Wilton and Edna LeGoullon Bell.
He graduated from Franklin High School in 1937 and later from Franklin Commercial Col­lege.
On September 4, 1944, he married Helen L. Kenemuth, and she survives.
A World War II veteran, he served in the Army.
Mr. Bell was employed for 21 years as office manager with Tri-County Petroleum.
He then worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Highways for 11 years.
A 32nd degree Mason, he was a member of Myrtle Lodge of Franklin, New Castle Con­sistory, Venango Lodge of Per­fection, and Zem Zem Shrine in Erie.
He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Franklin and the Franklin Elks Lodge.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Robert W. Bell Jr. of Pittsburgh; two daughters, Mrs. Terrance (Vir­ginia) Hernan and Mrs. Wil­liam (Vicki) Heller, both of Franklin; a brother, James F. Bell Sr. of Franklin; three grandchildren; two nephews and one niece.
Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 pm today and from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm Tuesday at the Huff Chapel in Franklin.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am Wednesday at the funeral home. Rev. Donald D. Richards, pastor of First Unit­ed Methodist Church, will offi­ciate.
Interment will be in Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens.
