This person may be Richard Bingham, of Scottish descent, who emigrated to America between 1736 and 1760, and before 1774 settled in the Manor of Maske, in what became Cumberland, Liberty, and Hamiltonban townships in Adams (formerly York) County, Pennsylvania.
