General Notes: Husband - Alexander Lee

He was reared principally in Venango County, Pennsylvania, educated in the common schools, and at the age of twenty-one began life for himself in the city of Pittsburgh. He afterward worked in New Castle and Meadville, and in 1865 engaged in the manufacture of sucker-rods at Utica, Venango County, which he continued until the spring of 1887. At that time he took charge of the old family homestead.
