General Notes: Husband - John Borland

---

He settled in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and served in the Patriot army during the Revolutionary War. He was an associator in the Mount Bethel Company, which was attached to Col. Jacob Stroud's Battalion of militia, being in camp at Amboy in the summer of 1776.
