General Notes: Husband - Joseph Bowers


He settled in Armstrong County, PA, when only a boy, making his permanent home in Allegheny Township. His father died east of the mountains in Pennsylvania.
He was a plasterer and stonemason, and followed his trade for many years, spending the latter part of his life at farming.
