General Notes: Husband - Edgar Taft Stevenson


He was educated in the Sandy Lake Union schools, Sandy Lake, Pennsylvania. In 1897 he engaged in newspaper re-porting. During the early part of his newspaper career he was a student for four years in Bucknell University, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, from which he was graduated in 1904. In 1905 he became city editor of the Franklin Evening News.
