General Notes: Husband - Dr. Alexander Righter Craig, M.D.

Chicago, IL

He graduated from the Columbia High School at the age of seventeen years. Entering Franklin and Marshall College at Lancaster, he graduated in the class of 1890. His collegiate studies ended, he began the study of medicine and received the degree of M. D. from the University of Pennsylvania, in 1893, having been honored with the presidency of his class. He served for a year as resident physician of the Philadelphia Polyclinic College Hospital, and in February, 1895, began the practice of his profession at Columbia.
In politics he was a Republican, and in religious affiliations a member of the Presbyterian Church. He was a Mason, and was prominent in the social life of the city.

At one time he was Secretary of the American Medical Association.
