Venango Co, PA

He and his four brothers, John, Samuel, William and Daniel, all served in the Civil War and were all members of Company G, One Hundredth Pennsylvania Volunteers, the most of them re-ceiving wounds, and they all served until the close of the war. They voted the Republican ticket, and were members of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Henderson.
