General Notes: Husband - Abraham Egli


He wrote his surname, Egli, and located in Paxtang [Dauphin County, Pennsylvania,] about 1770, where he took up a tract of land on Beaver creek. He was a soldier of the Revolution, and a farmer in comfortable circumstances.

He was a soldier in the Revolutionary war, and was in active service during the Jersey campaign of 1776 and 1777.
