General Notes: Husband - James Moore

---

He came to America (from Ireland?) with ten children in 1821. He settled on a farm (in Erie County, Pennsylvania?), cleared and paid for the same, with the aid of his sons, and at his death left it to his children. He and his wife were the parents of twelve children, six were still living in 1884. They were earnest Christian Church members; he was a prominent member of the U. P. Church at Waterford.
