General Notes: Husband - William Drummond


He was of Scotch ancestors who settled in New Jersey.

He was in the Revolutionary war, enlisting from New Jersey. He was wounded and died in that state from the effects of his injuries.


General Notes: Wife - Ella Cannon


One of her ancestors was John Cannan (spelled Canann and Keenan), who came to the Plymouth Colony from London in the ship For-tune in 1621, and who was afterwards married to one of the ladies who came in the Mayflower.

John Cannon, who came to Plymouth colony in 1621, had two descendants, Hannah Cannon, married to Stephen Adonijah Pounds, and Ella Cannon, married to William Drummond.
