General Notes: Husband - Henry Coryea

He was of German ancestry, and the son of one of the earlier settlers of Shenango Township, Mercer County, PA. In his early life, he was a contractor on the Erie Canal, and later worked as a stone mason. Subsequently locating permanently on a farm in Springfield Township, he was here engaged in tilling the soil the remainder of his days.
