General Notes: Husband - Philip Fisher

Mt. Pleasant Twp, Westmoreland Co, PA

At fourteen years of age he became an apprentice to learn the trade of blacksmith and followed that trade thereafter, except two years which he spent in farming. He was a democrat from principle, a member of the United Presbyterian church, in which he served for several years as a local officer.
He and his wife had five children, of whom four were living in 1890.
