General Notes: Husband - William Culbertson

Miami Co, OH; Butler Co, OH

He and his brothers, Samuel, Isaac, and James, in early life, were engaged as contractors on public works, building a large part of the Miami and Erie Canals north of Troy, and the Wabash Canal in Indiana. He erected mills and pursued this business for a time in Miami County, Ohio, and for the last twenty-eight years of his life was a farmer.
