General Notes: Husband - Jonathan Coffin


He settled at New Durham Gore, later Alton, New Hampshire, before or during the revolution. In 1782 he was selectman of that town. In 1790 he was living there, according to the first federal census, and had in his family two males over sixteen, four under that age, and five females.
