General Notes: Husband - John Agey


He and his wife were natives of Maryland, and located in Indiana County, Pennsylvania, in 1810.

The Agey coal banks in White township were a six foot vein of good coal. They were situated about half a mile above "Upper Two Lick." They were self-draining. These strata underlay all the land in that vicinity.
