General Notes: Husband - Judge John Agnew


He was born in Donegal Township; on May 23, 1770, he became a Provincial Justice. On October 26, 1784, he became Judge of the Court of Common Pleas.

He was a member of the York County Committee of Observation in 1775, and one of the first Associate Judges of Adams County.

Another source states he died June 6, 1814, in Hamiltonban Twp, Adams County, Pennsylvania.
