General Notes: Husband - William Walker


The ancestors of this family were of Scotch, Scotch-Irish, and English origin, and among the very early settlers of Pennsylvania.
He came to Pennsylvania in 1710,-only eighteen years after William Penn. The Walkers settled in Lancaster County.

He served as lieutenant in Queen Anne's army during her war with Germany, and came to America in 1710.

He was a captain under the Duke of Marlborough in Queen Anne's wars.
