General Notes: Husband - [Father] Custer

The Custard family is traced into New Jersey, where there are accounts of their having sprung from a family of twenty-four brothers and two sisters. This family was very long-lived. General Custer, killed by the Indians, in June, 1876, is said to have belonged to this family.
