General Notes: Husband - Wilson Dean

He was reared and educated in French Creek Township, Mercer County, Pennsylvania. In August, 1862, he enlisted in Company A, One Hundred and Thirty-ninth Pennsylvania Volunteers, and served until the close of the war. He moved to a farm in Mill Creek Township in 1871. He held various township offices, such as school director and supervisor. He was a member of the Norville Muse Post No. 251, G. A. R., and of the A. O. U. W., No. 54, of New Lebanon, and voted the Republican ticket. [HMC 1888, 1085]
