General Notes: Husband - Welcome Aldrich


The earliest ancestor of this family in America, as far as known, was Welcome Aldrich, a Methodist minister. He removed from Connecticut to Massachusetts, thence to Rhode Island, and from there to Pennsylvania, buying property in Main township, Erie County, where he resided until his death.
