He and his wife came from Ireland to America, settling in New York state for some time, at Fort Covington, then at Harbor Creek, in Erie County, Pennsylvania, and lastly in Youngsville, Penn-sylvania, where they died. Archibald Alexander was a farmer and a soldier of the War of 1812.
