General Notes: Husband - Roy W. Gordon

He and his wife shared a double house in Clintonville, Pennsylvania, with his brother Budd and his wife after they were married. The brothers were drilling on a lease they held there. Next they lived for a time on what may have been the second farm home of William DeWoody. They then lived in Franklin for several years before moving to Montana where Roy was a tire salesman. Returning, they built a house on Patchal Run before buying a restaurant in Cochranton, PA. They were the first of their family to go into the restaurant business, at which they were very successful. Roy was the big brother, giving aid to his younger brothers when it was needed.
