General Notes: Husband - Harry E. Dixon


He was brought up on the farm, and received a common school education. His own farm was of one hundred acres extent. For a time he lived in Porter township, Clarion County, Pennsylvania, but later was living on the ancestral farm. He was a Democrat. He served as township auditor; when he lived in Porter township he held the offices of school director and auditor. He was a member of the Lutheran church.
